Hours of operation: 

Our hours of business operation are Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM eastern time. Outside of these hours, we can still be reached via email at info@apetitestory.com , and we will get in touch with you the following business day. 

Manufacturing Defects  

We stand behind our products 100% and pride ourselves for having an amazing quality control team working hard to ensure the highest quality possible.  However, there are some rare cases where a faulty item slips through. If your item arrived damaged please reach out to us at info@apetitestory.com and include an image of the damaged product. 

We will allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 7 days from the date of purchase (for domestic orders) and 7 days from the date your order arrived (for international orders) 

Oversold Items 

In the event that the item you purchased was oversold, we will get in touch with you regarding refund/ replacement of that item, and then ship the rest of your order.
