EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Domestic - You can exchange / return a product within 10 days of the purchase date. Once a return request is initiated, you can either drop off your item at our office, or we will send our delivery team to collect your item & refund / exchange the product for you. Delivery fee will not be refunded.
International - You can exchange / return a product within 10 days of the item getting delivered to you. Once a return request is initiated, you will need to ship the product back to us using the return form. In the case of a refund, we will then refund you the amount in 2-5 working days! In the case of exchange, the shipping fee will need to be paid again. And previous shipping charges will not be refunded.
** Products marked as final sale, free gifts or promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Make a change after placing an order:
